Location and directions:
The event will take place in  the John Henry Brookes Building (JHBB), at Oxford Brookes University’s Headington Campus (Gipsy Lane site). 

Getting to Brookes
General info is available here.

Train and taxi
Train services to Oxford from most UK towns and cities are relatively frequent. More information here. From the train station, Headington Campus is best reached by taxi or bus.

Buses from railway station.
In semester time the U1 bus service runs frequently to the Headington Campus from the train station. A timetable is attached. The station stop is Frideswide Sq. and the Campus stop is Brookes University B2. Journey time approx. 25 mins. though there can be delays at peak times.

By car.
There is very limited parking on site. Some guest permits are available on the Headington Hill Campus, on the opposite side of the London Road (see map). Even when permits are provided, however, there is no guarantee of a place. Park and Ride services are available from Thornhill and Seacourt, both of which drop at Gipsy Lane (service no. 400).
