38th HeLF Meeting - Enabling Strategic Change

The 38th HeLF meeting, Enabling Strategic Change: Policy, Practice and People, was held at the University of Birmingham on 9th June, 2016.

The morning featured a panel on Institutional TEL Strategies and a group discussion on TEL Policies & Frameworks. The Strategy panel members were Mark Gamble, University of Bedfordshire (Chair), Fiona Strawbridge, UCL, Chris Turnock, University of Hull, Peter Bryant, LSE and Stella Ekebuisi, QMUL.
